Time Sensitive!

Free Speech - our right to listen or not listen, view or not view what we want to hear on radio and television (see too).
With the passage of S.2056 and H.R.3717, public airwaves are no longer. People will not be allowed to judge for themselves what they want to listen to because of not only censorship, but fining individuals exorbant amounts of money.
This is a move for Clear Channel to be able to aquire even more radio stations as Infinity/Viacom will be hit with multifines and not only blocking, but pulling licenses. It is hypocracy considering the number of jocks Clear Channel has hired and the 7 words coming out of their mouths, going over the airwaves (not blocked) and them not getting fined.

Howard Stern may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the fact that just has he woke up and started to talk about all the things he learned while on vacation about George Bush and his administration. There is a clear agenda of the republican John Hogan and owners of Clear Channel who on Febuary 24th, 2004 pulled its six affiliates of the Howard Stern show off the air. The six stations the show was pulled are in Lexington, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, three stations in Florida (including Orlando), and San Diego, California. It is interesting to point out that Kentucky Pennsylvania and Florida are considered "Swing States" for the Presidential Election. Eliminating Howard Stern from being able to share with his listeners the truth about what is going on in this country and the agenda of the religious right is Clear Channel's way of insuring President Bush a "true" win and re-election of Congress members. Clear Channel owns 70% of venues that muscial and other acts play. The list includes The Rose Garden, Rose Quarter, Keller Auditorium, Lewis & Clark College, and Theater of the Clouds in Portland, Oregon, Brooklyn Academoy of Music and Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts in New York, The Capitol Centre, FedEx Stadium, and Baltimore NFL Stadium in Maryland, Avalon, Axis 13, Bayside Expo Center, Berklee Performance Center, Bill's Bar, and Charles Playhouse (Boston) in Massachusetts, Cheney Hall Performing Arts Center, Connecticut Expo Center, and Eastern Connecticut State University in Connecticut, and California Science Center, California Theatre of Performing Arts, Culver City Veterans Memorial, Dodger Stadium, Wilshire Ebell Theatre, and Wilshire Theatre in California. [NOT attending those venues helps the cause and reduces profits that can be used to fund the Republican/Religous agenda. Send them a message that you don't like well established musicians like the Dixie Chicks, and others who aren't who can't get airplay on their radio stations or able to play Clear Channel venues]

If you believe that no one should be censored, and you believe that each individual American can choose for themselves, and you know that you don't want to live in a country that is ruled by Reactionary people (yes, no longer Conservative) who pass reactionary laws please exercise your vote. Due to recent bill passage, the law of the land is that a pregant woman killed is considered a double murder. Fetus is
a person.

If moved to, please call your Senators today and Monday, April 5th,

outcry of people getting involved and new people registering to vote,
so keep checking back. Evening is better time to get through.
